Manual Lymphatic Drainage
This Massage modality is focused on Opening up the Lymph nodes and reduce swelling and tightness in , an area or whole body.
This 60 or 90 min Therapy is slow, rhythmic manual techniques to move and create space in the superficial dermis where our Lymphatic vessels are held.
The stagnant lymphatic fluid is able to flow and replenish through the whole body, helping to flush out hard (toxic) build up. This accumulated fluid becomes harder and cause blockages. Adhesions lead to dis-function in one or more systems in the body (ex : fascial and muscular etc).
Tight, Heavy extremities, or even chronic joint pain and swelling from overuse can benefit from Lymphatic drainage and provide the support our body "kneads".

Infrared Sauna
​
Infrared saunas are very gentle and effective for detoxifying the body.
